Canadian poet Anne Carson and Chinese writer Can Xue are joint 10/1 favourites for the 2026 Nobel Prize in Literature, according to Ladbrokes odds reported by The Guardian on 7 October 2026. The Swedish Academy in Stockholm is set to name the winner on Thursday at 12pm UK time.
