Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has permission to seek judicial review, the court test of whether a public body acted lawfully, over Thames Valley Police searches linked to his 19 February arrest. He was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office over alleged sharing of sensitive information with Jeffrey Epstein while UK trade envoy.
