Manchester City found guilty of all Premier League financial charges

Manchester City have been found guilty on all counts of breaking Premier League financial rules. An independent commission ruled the breaches covered 2009-10 to 2017-18. It said the club boosted income by more than £900m. The rules demand honest accounts to stop owners buying unfair advantage.
