Paramount closes $110 billion Warner Bros. Discovery deal

Paramount closed its $110 billion purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery on 6 October, Deadline reported. Chief executive David Ellison and co-CEO Ynon Kreiz discussed the deal hours later at the Paramount lot in Los Angeles. Ellison said the combined company was in "the business of rebuilding trust."
