LIV Golf lines up $300m to fund 2027 season in bankruptcy

LIV Golf has lined up to $300m from BC Partners Credit to keep playing in 2027, a 5 October court filing confirmed. The funding remains subject to court approval. The league filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection — a US process allowing trading while debts are reorganised — in September after Saudi funding ended, BBC Sport reported.
