King Charles will not fund Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's challenge to his Feb. 19 arrest. A palace source told Town & Country the king's private support for Andrew's Sandringham life should not pay for the judicial review, a judge's check on police action, against Thames Valley Police. The palace has no role in his legal strategy, the source said.
