HackerRank Says AI Interviewer Cut Cheating Flags 70-80%

HackerRank says its AI interviewer Chakra, generally available Oct. 5, 2026, triggered 70% to 80% fewer suspicious-activity flags than comparable traditional tests. The system, which can ask follow-up questions on its own, handled over 500,000 beta interviews for Snowflake, Snorkel, Capgemini and HackerRank itself.
