Skydance to debut on NYSE as SKYD on Oct. 6

Skydance Corp. will begin trading on the NYSE as SKYD on Oct. 6, Variety reported Oct. 5. The listing follows Paramount's $111 billion Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition, cleared in 68 countries after a judge approved a settlement with 12 states. David Ellison leads as chairman and CEO. The new company carries over $80 billion in net debt.
