
Mountbatten-Windsor granted permission to challenge legality of police searches
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has permission for judicial review, where a judge tests a public body's lawfulness, of Thames Valley Police searches. A High Court judge approved the application, made earlier this year, to quash warrants, court orders allowing search, for raids at Sandringham and Royal Lodge before his February arrest on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
