George Cheeks, Chair of TV Media, is set to oversee CBS Studios, Warner Bros. Television and Paramount Television Studios after the Paramount–Warner Bros. Discovery transaction scheduled to close on 6 Oct, Deadline reported 2 Oct. Channing Dungey and Matt Thunell will remain and report to Cheeks, the report said.
