McGhie and Frazier to lead Issa Rae's HBO comedy pilot

Shane Paul McGhie and Dasan Frazier will star as the leads in Issa Rae's Untitled Male Friendship Show, a half-hour comedy pilot at HBO, according to Deadline. McGhie plays Menzel, 28, a barber and aspiring sports manager. Frazier plays JB, 27, an up-and-coming boxer. A pilot, meaning a test episode, leaves HBO to decide on a series.
