Ramsay's UK Restaurants Pass £100m in Sales, Still Lose Money

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants' UK business passed £100m in sales for the first time, up 3% to almost £101m across its 34 sites, including Savoy Grill, Pétrus and Lucky Cat. It still posted a £5.8m loss, narrower than last year's £9.4m, as high costs at its flagship London restaurants outpaced revenue growth.
