Manchester City guilty over £830m sham funding scheme

Manchester City disguised more than £830m in secret funding through sham commercial deals, an Independent Commission found. The panel found City guilty of breaches of Premier League financial rules between 2009-10 and 2017-18. The Premier League said City systematically broke rules for nearly a decade. City have repeatedly denied guilt.
