Casey Bloys to remain HBO chief through Paramount-WBD close on Oct. 6

Casey Bloys is expected to stay as Chairman and CEO of HBO and HBO Max Content when the Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery merger closes on Oct 6, according to Deadline. The 22-year HBO veteran is expected to bring drama chief Francesca Orsi, comedy chief Amy Gravitt and HBO Max executive Sarah Aubrey to Paramount with him.
