Olivier Martinez files for restraining order accusing Halle Berry of abusing son

Olivier Martinez has filed for a temporary restraining order against ex-wife Halle Berry, accusing her of abusing their 12-year-old son Maceo, Variety reported. The petition, described by Variety, alleges Berry jumped on Maceo and choked him on Sept. 26, with no court finding reported.
