Paramount board member says Ellison-Trump link 'way overstated'

Paramount board member Gerry Cardinale denied CEO David Ellison is close to President Donald Trump. The talk is "way overstated", he told Bloomberg editor Lucas Shaw at Bloomberg Screentime in Los Angeles, according to Deadline. Calling Ellison "cozy" with Trump is "not appropriate" and "there's nothing to it", Cardinale said.
