Paramount's $110 billion Warner Bros Discovery merger is slated to close Tuesday, Deadline reported. A US judge cleared a two-month legal challenge from 12 state attorneys general and the Writers Guild of America, the Detroit News reported. Paramount said David Ellison will remain Chairman and CEO of the combined company upon closing.
