Disney TV chief leaves Kimmel future beyond 2026-27 undecided

Disney president and chief creative officer Dana Walden declined to say whether Jimmy Kimmel stays beyond his current deal, which runs through the 2026-27 season after a December 2025 one-year extension. Walden called late night "a very challenging daypart", meaning a scheduled slot, at Bloomberg Screentime, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
