Bill Withers rights holder sues over Olivia Dean's 'I've Seen It'

Mattie Music Group filed a lawsuit on Oct. 1 alleging Olivia Dean's "I've Seen It" copied Bill Withers' "Just the Two of Us" "in large and significant part", according to the complaint obtained and first reported by Billboard. "I've Seen It" is on Dean's The Art of Loving. The 1980 Withers track hit No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.
