Tennessee Suspends Executions Through Year After Failed Pike Attempt

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee has suspended all executions until at least the end of the year after the failed attempt to execute Christa Pike. He ordered an outside, full review — investigators independent of the prison system — to determine what went wrong.
