Ace Combat 8 team apologises over Steam pre-order bonus limits

The Ace Combat 8 studio apologised to PC players for failing to clearly communicate how pre-order bonus Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War is distributed on Steam. It said licensing restrictions and platform-related considerations prevent a standalone Steam release, so Zero is offered through Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve. It is evaluating options with platform partners.
