Tyler Perry Studios has launched Maxscene, a specialty division to develop, produce and distribute films, according to Tyler Perry Studios. The label will expand theatrical opportunities for filmmakers with distinctive voices, according to Deadline. A specialty division is a smaller label inside a larger studio for particular films.
