Instinct's Selections pushes unasked-for shopping tips from emails, trips

Instinct's new Selections feature is sending shopping suggestions users did not ask for, early users report. Shruti Gandhi of Array VC listed offers for carry-on luggage, sunglasses and a brim hat. Chat Joglekar said the suggestions pulled from his email and upcoming trips. Founder Noah Shinn had described Selections as curated dining, travel and shopping lists.
