Mushroom Group lists Albert Park headquarters for sale

Mushroom Group has listed its headquarters at 9 Dundas Lane, Albert Park, after 45 years at the address, Billboard reported. The Australian Financial Review puts price hopes at $6 million to $6.5 million. The former biscuit factory dates to the group's 1980 move from St Kilda. The listing follows its shift to Little Collins Street.
