Rediscovered Manet child sketch linked to The Old Musician

Researchers have linked a red chalk drawing of a crouching child attributed to Édouard Manet to his painting 'The Old Musician', ARTnews reported. Attributed to means authorship is believed but under study. The sheet was found in a private collection in northern Italy, Artnet and The Guardian reported.
