Former American Idol contestant convicted of wife's murder

Former American Idol contestant Caleb Flynn, 40, was convicted of aggravated murder in Troy, Ohio, on 29 September 2026. Jurors deliberated less than three hours after a two-week trial. He was found guilty over the shooting of wife Ashley Flynn, shot twice in the back of the head on 16 February.
