Maggie Kuntz cast as Doreen in The Bell Jar opposite Billie Eilish

Variety reported on 29 September 2026 that Maggie Kuntz will play Doreen in Focus Features' The Bell Jar. Doreen is best friend and confidante to Esther Greenwood, played by Billie Eilish. The cast also includes Carey Mulligan, Connor Storrie and Danielle Deadwyler. The film adapts the Sylvia Plath novel of the same name.
