Netflix adapts Icebreaker after nearly 5m book sales

Deadline reported 29 Sept that Netflix's Icebreaker adapts Hannah Grace's first Maple Hills novel. The book sold nearly 5 million copies worldwide and spent 70 weeks atop the New York Times bestseller list. The trilogy passed 7.5 million copies. Jade Halley Bartlett created the series; Amanda Lasher is showrunner.
