Dasha to have vocal cord surgery on Oct. 22, pause performing

Dasha will have surgery on Oct. 22 to remove nodes on her vocal cords, she told Billboard. The operation at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville follows two-and-a-half years on the road. She will observe two weeks of complete vocal rest, then start vocal rehab, and pause performing during recovery.
