MoMA painting and sculpture chief Ann Temkin to step down in January 2027

Ann Temkin will step down as Marie-Josée and Henry Kravis Chief Curator of Painting and Sculpture at the Museum of Modern Art in New York in January 2027, the museum said. She led the department for 18 years after joining as a curator in 2003, according to The New York Times.
