Sienna Spiro makes MTV VMAs debut with 'Great Expectation'

British singer Sienna Spiro made her MTV Video Music Awards debut on 27 September, performing single "Great Expectation", Rolling Stone reported. The 2026 ceremony aired on CBS and Paramount+. Spiro entered as a first-time nominee for Best New Artist, Billboard confirmed.
