Raye makes solo debut at 2026 MTV Video Music Awards

Raye performed solo for the first time at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards on Sept. 28, Rolling Stone reported. She opened with “I Will Overcome” before performing “Where Is My Husband?”, the lead single from This Music May Contain Hope. The track was nominated for Song of the Year and peaked at Number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100.
