Luxon rejects NZ First's $20b BNZ buy-back plan

Christopher Luxon has ruled out New Zealand First's plan to buy BNZ back for about $20 billion. He told RNZ's Morning Report host John Campbell it was 'absolute madness' and 'just not going to happen'. NZ First wants to buy BNZ from National Australia Bank and combine it with Kiwibank.
