Pope Leo Celebrates Paris Mass During First Papal France Visit in 18 Years

Pope Leo led an open-air Mass — the Catholic worship service — at Paris's Place de la Concorde on 26 September, day two of his France trip. The 25-28 September four-day tour across three cities is the first official papal visit to France in 18 years. The 71-year-old American is the first U.S.-born pope.
