BBC reports Manchester City guilty on vast majority of 115 charges

Manchester City have been found guilty of the vast majority of 115 Premier League charges, the BBC reported on 26 September. No official announcement has been made. City were charged in February 2023 over alleged inflated sponsorship and off-the-books payments. The league declined to comment. City say the process remains ongoing and confidential.
