Nathan Heaney to retire after Warburton rematch in Birmingham

Former British champion Nathan Heaney will retire after facing Gerome Warburton in Birmingham on 26 September, win or lose. The 37-year-old meets Warburton at BP Pulse Live in a return of their March fight, which Warburton won on points for the WBA Continental middleweight title. Heaney has 19 wins from 22 professional bouts.
