Wes Burns back in Wales squad after 11-month ACL layoff

Wales winger Wes Burns is back in the national squad for the first time since 2024. The 31-year-old tore his anterior cruciate ligament with Ipswich Town at Liverpool in January 2025 and missed almost a year. He returned after 11 months and was an unused substitute in the 1-0 Nations League defeat in Portugal.
