Pensole Lewis College opens Carhartt Apparel Lab in Detroit

Pensole Lewis College of Business & Design, the nation's only design-focused HBCU, a historically Black college or university, opened its Carhartt Apparel Lab in Detroit on 21 September. Carhartt, the workwear brand, partnered on the lab, which provides professional equipment to develop apparel concepts and build prototypes from idea to finished design.
