Bronze corn fountain on High Line uses neon-yellow water

Ximena Garrido-Lecca's The Golden Crop (2026) is on the High Line in Manhattan, The Art Newspaper reported on 25 September 2026. The 9-foot-tall bronze fountain, shaped as a cob of corn, circulates water dyed neon yellow to reference glyphosate, a weedkiller industrial corn is modified to survive. It addresses industrial farming's harmful effects.
