Manchester City found guilty on majority of 115 charges, sources say

Sources told BBC Sport Manchester City have been found guilty of breaking the majority of 115 Premier League financial rules. An independent panel reached the decision after a hearing from September to December 2024. The charges cover 2009 to 2018. City say the process remains ongoing. The Premier League declined to comment.
