AFL clears Fremantle's 'Wharfie Time' for Grand Final at MCG

Fremantle can trigger 'Wharfie Time' once in the Grand Final against Brisbane at the MCG on Saturday, 26 September, the AFL says. The mid-game activation uses tolling bells, special lighting and a boat crashing through waves to rally team and crowd. The AFL says the plan is for a close final quarter, with Brisbane songs also cleared.
