Vigar parents say FA could have prevented son's death

Billy Vigar's parents told BBC Sport the FA could have stopped their son losing his life. The 21-year-old former Arsenal academy player died five days after colliding with a concrete wall playing for Chichester City at Wingate and Finchley. They accused the FA of doing "nothing" after previous similar incidents.
