Jay-Z accuser tells court assault claim was false

The woman who accused Shawn 'Jay-Z' Carter of rape says in a 12-page declaration filed in Manhattan federal court under penalty of perjury that Carter never raped her and she has never met or spoken to him. She says she was not promised and received no compensation, Rolling Stone reported.
