Madden trailer shows Madden demanding 11-player sides for EA game

Prime Video has released the first full trailer for Madden, showing the origin of the football game series. John Mulaney plays Trip Hawkins, founder of publisher Electronic Arts, pitching a prototype to Nicolas Cage's John Madden, who refuses to license his name without full 11-player sides. Directed by David O. Russell, it has a streaming release on 18 November 2026.
