Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani of antisemitism by name in his Sept. 24, 2026 speech to the U.N. General Assembly in New York. Using the Assembly's podium, usually reserved for country-to-country issues, to single out a city mayor is unusual.
