Dembele and Kvaratskhelia back each other for Ballon d'Or

Paris St-Germain team-mates Ousmane Dembele and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia are backing each other to win the Ballon d'Or. They spoke exclusively to BBC Sport in interviews published on 24 September. Reigning winner Dembele said Kvaratskhelia had an exceptional season. Kvaratskhelia told journalist Julien Laurens that Dembele deserves the award for last season.
