Feather Robotics raises $7.6M for open robot toolkit

Feather Robotics raised $7.6 million in pre-seed funding led by Gradient Ventures. Founded in 2025 by Hoa Mai and Parsa Bakhtiari, the startup wants to be the Android of robotics, meaning modular hardware, or swappable parts, that can run third-party AI models from Generalist, Skild, or Physical Intelligence.
