Parling says Leicester must 'evolve' to turn consistency into silverware

Leicester Tigers head coach Geoff Parling told BBC Radio Leicester his side must keep "evolving" to win silverware. Speaking ahead of Sunday's Prem opener against Saracens, he reflected on a fourth-place finish, semi-final defeat and Prem Cup win in his first season in charge. Leicester have reached the semi-finals in four of five seasons.
