Swissair pilot's son-in-law urged Mueller to direct Flight 111 drama

Fidelio Films producer Björn Hering, son-in-law of Swissair Flight 111 pilot Urs Zimmermann, urged creative partner Mauro Mueller to tackle the story, according to Variety. Mueller, a Swiss-Mexican filmmaker, directed '111 – Echoes From Halifax', which is playing at the Zurich Film Festival, according to Variety.
