Onley first Scot since 1987 to win Grand Tour jersey

Oscar Onley finished sixth overall at La Vuelta a España to win the white jersey for best young rider. The Vuelta is one of cycling's three Grand Tours. The result makes the 23-year-old from Kelso the first Scotsman since 1987 to win a jersey at a Grand Tour.
